News, events and schools' information for families across Bath and West Wiltshire

More than 30 talented students from Stagecoach Performing Arts Bath took to the stage at Theatre Royal Bath to perform a medley of songs from well known musicals, films and TV series.

The students from the performing arts school worked tremendously hard during rehearsals to deliver a fantastic performance on Sunday evening.

A group of 18 students brought to life the intensity of Game to Survival, inspired by the popular film series, The Hunger Games, whilst a group of 19 students, transported the audience with their rendition of Come on with the Rain, a tribute to the classic musical Singing in the Rain.

These showcases are not only entertaining but also help build upon the students’ creativity, courage and skills that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

Sandra Mayo, Principal of Stagecoach Performing Arts Bath, said, “It was amazing to see our students come together and shine on the prestigious stage of the Theatre Royal Bath. After weeks of rehearsals they put on a fantastic performance, one they should all be immensely proud of.”
