St Nicholas school celebrate a wonderful performance of Wriggly Nativity

St Nicholas Christmas

At St Nicholas Church School, children in Reception, Wellow Class, Year 1 and Year 2 recently put on a wonderful performance of Wriggly Nativity for their families.

This exciting re-telling of the story of the birth of Jesus involved lots of dancing, great acting and singing – a brave Inn Keeper even sang a solo!

Mr Low, Co-Head of School, said, “The children were sensational! All of their hard work practicing has paid off and they performed so confidently. A real Christmas treat for everyone who was in the audience!”

The children had a great time too, with Zak saying, “It was really good to wish everyone a Merry Christmas,” while Aille added, “I liked it when we all got on the stage together at the end.”

Rushew commented, ” I liked singing all the songs with the actions, it was really fun,” and Harley explained, “I liked being a camel and having a song all about the camels that we had to dance to.”

A special thank you goes to Nigel Coles Photography for the fantastic photo of all the children dressed up.
