Mixed Movement Workshop at Roseberry Road Studios
June 3 – 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Classes are built around six pillars of movement: physical preparedness (strength work), mobility (joint ranges and fascial pliability), dynamic conditioning (pattern installation in the body and stringing combinations together), internal work (meditation, journaling and somatic practice), movement creativity (acrobatics, dance and movement games), and coordination (balance, partner work and problem solving).
Sessions run 9:30-10:30am and 5:30-6:30pm, all abilities welcome.
