Midford Road Children’s Nursery and Oldfield Road Children’s Nursery have a number of employment and training opportunities available for new and experienced child care workers.
In addition, with a new nursery in Neston due to join the Bath-based nurseries in the new year, owner Amy Parfitt explained that a variety of roles are available, all of which include training opportunities and a range of benefits.
”We are looking for educators who have a genuine love for watching children grow and who want to spend every day exploring nature alongside children, guiding them to grow into resilient and compassionate humans,” she said. “There is no perfect candidate but there is a perfect team!'”
In-role training opportunities are wide and varied, added Amy. “We allow our staff team to have the opportunity to choose which training they would like to go on and look for. In the past this has included a clay workshop, Thera play, emotion coaching, small world play and much more.
