Mentoring Plus, a Bath based youth charity who work across BANES supporting vulnerable young people, is selling Christmas trees this year to help raise vital funds for its services from its youth hub in Bath over the first two weekends in December.
Becki Fox who is the Community Engagement Officer at the charity, explained ‘It’s been an extremely challenging year for us all and our youth services are in higher demand than ever with families feeling the cost-of-living crisis and reaching out to us for support. The sale of every tree is significant and will make a real difference to us being able to continue to provide activities and mentoring programmes for young people who are facing tough challenges in their lives.”
The trees have been specially selected, are UK sourced and from sustainable stock. Kick off your festive celebrations the right way by supporting our local young people and giving them a foot up this Christmas. You can pre-order your tree on the website https://mentoringplus.net/ for collection or come and see us and choose your tree, have a hot chocolate and hear our youth samba band playing some festive tunes!
