News, events and schools' information for families across Bath and West Wiltshire

Hartbeeps in Bath is now available to buy, with the hugely successful franchise offering a great opportunity to take on an established and respected business.

Hartbeeps groundbreaking baby multi-sensory franchise classes began over 20 years ago, offering  carefully created and unique ‘age/stage’ programmes to support babies, which also providing an enriching experience for their grown-ups too..

Hartbeeps provides various classes to help parents relax and connect with their baby through the ancient art of baby massage, yoga, relaxation as well as music, story-telling and signing.

The franchise Hartbeeps Bath was established in April 2017, initially with two postcodes, and has since grown to operate classes and parties in nine areas across Bath, North East Bristol and West Wiltshire. The franchise has two established and experienced employees, with an additional teacher currently in training. It has seen a steady growth in turnover over the last six years, and maintains strong relationships with hosting venues.

The current owner, Jenny Quinn, explained, “Hartbeeps has been a massive part of my life, and one of my proudest achievements. I found Hartbeeps originally in London, and couldn’t wait to join the team over in the South West. It brought so much joy to my life when I was really struggling to find my place in the world, and still to this day as a franchisee, lights up my heart.

“To watch our Hartbeepers grow from tiny babies to school aged children is a blessing I will always be thankful for. The creativity and safe structure that Hartbeeps provides instills such powerful confidence in our children. It is also such a privilege to watch our grown ups on their parenting journeys (some returning with second and third babies!).

“It was always important to me to create a safe place for parents to connect from the very beginning, and I feel that any new franchisee will be stepping into an already established and thriving community.

“I speak to so many parents struggling to find balance in their careers due to the fact that parenthood changes everything. There are so many franchisees around the UK that find that with Hartbeeps. I would urge anyone who is passionate about early years to take the leap, it’s worth the risk as this franchise is ready to go, no ground work needed.

“For me, 10 years feels like a natural time for me to step away and start a new journey with my yoga practise. I think the franchise is the strongest it’s ever been, with lots of room for new energy and expansion. I am hoping one day to be able to book in with my own baby, and return to the safety of Hartbeeps.”

Training will be provided to any buyer, and classes and parties will continue until the franchise is handed over. Assets (sensory props and a wide range of kit) are included in the sale price.

The franchise has good growth potential to expand even bigger into nursery contracts, specialised newborn programs, and additional area postcodes.
