Michelle Hawkins-Collins introduces the Guided Mothers Circle, a supportive space to discuss what it means to be a mother
Welcome to our Guided Mothers Circle with motherhood mentor and founder of The Guilt-Free Mum, Bindi Gauntlett. Our guided circle is a warm and supportive space where we’ll explore the joys and challenges of what it means to be a ‘mother’ in the 21st century western world.
Starting in September 2024, the group meets on the last Weds of the month in Noah’s Pantry, Bradford on Avon, from 7.30-9.30pm. We ask that everyone books via Eventbrite as we intentionally limit the size of the group to facilitate a more intimate conversation.
What to expect
Each monthly gathering will offer a balance of free-flowing discussion and thoughtful, guided discussion to create the opportunity for collaborative learning and the mutual reflection of each other’s wisdom and strength. We’ll begin with moments of silent reflection, followed by a brief check-in, before diving into a guided conversation around a key theme related to motherhood.
Topics could include:
- The superpower of maternal intuition
- Finding and sustaining Work-Life balance
- Managing differences with your Co-Parent
- Preparing your child for major transitions
- Cultivating self-care rituals that stick
- Navigating conflicts with your children
Whatever the topic, you’ll leave each session feeling heard, empowered and connected to a circle of likeminded local women who ‘get it’.
These circles are led by Wisdom Space Elder Bindi Gauntlett – a veteran of many women’s circles, mother and grandmother. Bindi is also the founder of the Guilt-Free Mum and a widely-respected motherhood mentor, as well as a former nurse, health visitor, and psychotherapist.
Through her own journey, she has learned the transformative power of creating sacred space to share, learn and grow together and can’t wait to hold this space with you.
Space is intentionally limited so seize the moment book your place now – a warm welcome awaits!
