Calling all teachers and parents and carers planning a return to the classroom. Somerset Education Alliance, an independent teaching agency, have a number of posts available across the Bath and Somerset region.

SEA directors, Emma and Marie Cleave, both hail from education backgrounds and have a wealth of knowledge in the recruitment industry, which has been amassed over a period of 15 years – 10 of which have been in the education sector. In addition, SEA recently welcomed a new member of the team, Ellie, who will be covering the Bristol, Bath and Somerset areas.
Ellie has an education background of her own. After pursuing her undergraduate degree, she worked in the legal profession before undertaking an PGCE in Primary Education and subsequently taught in the primary sector for seven years.
Among the active recruitment opportunities available through Somerset Education Alliance throughout Bath and Bristol, including those that are long-term cover or more flexible ad-hoc, day-to-day supply roles, are designed to serve the busy and expanding requirements from schools for an array of roles.
“We are recruiting for Primary Teachers, Secondary Teachers (all subjects) Teaching Assistants (TA), Learning Support Assistants (LSA), Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) and Cover Supervisors,” added Emma. “We are especially interested in TAs in the Bath area; there is a huge shortage and very high demand at present!”
