Box Clever presents a new adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, which appears at Bath’s Egg Theatre from Wednesday 26 to Friday 28 April.
Performed by three actors, Elliot Hay, Kiara Nicole Pillai and Koko Kwaku, this production is aimed at children aged 10 years and over, and reframes the famous story of Shakespeare’s star-crossed lovers within a contemporary setting.
An award-winning, writer-led theatre company, Box Clever is dedicated to the creation of contemporary theatre for young people and for over 20 years has reached thousands of people across the UK and beyond with its artistic productions and workshops. Box Clever is a registered company with charitable status and a member of the Independent Theatre Council.
